WARRANTY:
Champion Tool Storage warrants only to the original purchaser that our Factory Box products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for so long as the original purchaser retains ownership, possession and control of the product. All hardware including drawer slides, hinges, soft close features,locks, and powder-coat finishes are warranted for one year from delivery date of the original invoice.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS HAVE PASSED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER UPON DELIVERY TO COMMON CARRIER. IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE COMMON CARRIER, WHICH CLAIM IS NOT A WARRANTY CLAIM. RETURNED GOODS.

25% restock fee applies to all products plus the return shipping charges. Returns may only be made if approved by Champion Tool Storage. Products must be in the original packaging and include the foam supports, corners, and reinforcing cardboard corners on all Factory Box tool boxes. Refund will be applied after the return product has been received in satisfactory condition.
